GHG Associates is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business, founded in 2004. Our company provides EEO Consultant services to businesses throughout the entire country. GHG associates combine over 50 years federal government experience, handling more than 1000 discrimination charges filed with both federal and state agencies.

GHG's senior EEO Specialist/Consultant, Genita Garcia, has worked as an EEO Specialist since 1993, beginning her EEO career with the United States Air Force.  During this time, Ms. Garcia conducted investigations into employment discrimination complaints, summarized and briefed investigation findings to management officials, conducted mediations and facilitated organizational climate assessments.

In 2000 Ms. Garcia moved to Miami, Florida and began her work in the private sector as an EEO Specialist/Employment Law Paralegal for ADP TotalSource, a leading nationwide Human Resource company and Professional Employer Organization.  While at ADP, Ms. Garcia prepared responses to charges filed with the EEOC and state agencies for client companies throughout the country, totaling more than 300 charges, with a stellar dismissal rate.
